- Much of our engagement and organizing takes place between in-person gatherings on Discord
- Weekly Newsletter
- We send out a bi-weekly newsletter, The Meadowlark, by email every Tuesday the 1st and 3rd week of each month.
- Google Drive
- We utilize a Google Drive to be the living archive of our chapter organizing. All members-in-good-standing who have provided a google email address should have access. If you do not have access and want access, click on the link and request access.
- Social Media
- We maintain social media accounts to varying degrees of frequency. Check out the social media buttons in the footer at the bottom of the page.

How do I become a member?
To become a member, you must fill out the National DSA’s membership form.
Do I have to pay dues to be a member?
While a kick back from monthly dues (one-time donations and yearly dues are not included) payments go to our chapter, there is a process to have your dues waived and still be a member-in-good-standing.
What is a member-in-good-standing?
A member-in-good-standing is a member whose dues (or dues waiver) period has not lapsed.
What is the difference between a committee and a working group?
A committee organizes as a representative of the Flint Hills Chapter of DSA, while a working group may represent a different group or organization, but is made up primarily of members of the Flint Hills Chapter of DSA.
