Comrade Derron was accepted to the Tenant Union Federation‘s Union School for 2026. There were over 800 applicants this year, more than double those that applied last year. The Union School runs from July until October and trains organizers all over the globe to organize tenants to take back the power from landlords. While Derron participated in last year’s school, he had to drop out midway and is excited to deepen his knowledge and skills in tenant organizing. Derron will be sharing what he learns each week with the Housing Justice Working Group.
